Nigella seeds and mustard are the star of this relish, adding zesty flavour to the tomato, onion and apple base.  Indian spices further enhance this exciting condiment.  Great with fetta, chevre and cheddar.  This relish can also be used as a pizza sauce, pitta top, with beef, fish, chicken & vegan dishes.
