This beautiful blend of South Korean inspired ingredients is a well balanced ferment, surprisingly versatile and very addictive. Serve with eggs in the morning, through a salad, with a baked potato or in an indulgent cheese toastie.
All vegetable ferments are made using “Wild Fermentation” techniques: by using the freshest organic and chemical-free ingredients, we are able to harness the power of pre-existing naturally selected bacteria to ferment our vegetables. This product that is teeming with life, natural acidity, crunch and delicious flavour. No shortcuts are taken and vegetables are allowed to fully mature, maximising probiotic content and the amount of digestive enzymes.
